Engineered asynchronous queue workers for appointment alerts and holiday broadcast campaigns. Includes automatic Ethiopian phone number normalization (+251) and exponential backoff retry policies.
Ethiopian Calendar & Multilingual HMIS Pipeline
Implemented custom date conversion algorithms between Gregorian and Ethiopian calendars. Built automated HMIS export pipelines generating standard .PDF and .DOCX reports localized across English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
ICD-11 Diagnostic Search & Patient History
Integrated full WHO ICD-11 disease classification search indexing, enabling examining physicians to attach standardized diagnosis codes with full audit logs and historical record pagination.
